Certification

Students who successfully complete the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB40520) will receive a Qualification certificate and record of results, which is nationally recognised recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework. The Qualification is issued by Pinnacle Safety and Training (RTO 40496).

National units of competency

This course is made up of 12 units - 5 core units and 7 elective units, which have been selected by Pinnacle Safety and Training to align with the skills and requirements of emerging leaders and managers of industries, such as manufacturing and warehousing, civil and residential construction, public services, logistics and transport, and the resources sector.

General Resource Requirements (required by all students)

• Modern laptop or desktop computer with access to the internet.
• Word processing software – Microsoft Word and Excel is highly recommended.
• Input devices (keyboard and mouse).
• A maximum of three volunteers to participate in role plays.
• Video recording equipment (can use a webcam or a Smartphone).
• Video editing equipment (if required) – free software is available online
