Firstly, you’ll need to visit portal.usi.gov.au/student/ForgottenUsi 

Once you’re on the site, you’ll be prompted to select one of the four options to find your USI:

• Find with email 

Enter the email address saved on your USI account and your date of birth and click ‘Submit.’ 

• Find with mobile 

Enter the mobile number saved on your USI account and your date of birth and click ‘Submit’. 

• Find with security questions 

Enter your Family Name, Date of Birth and Gender and at least one of the following: First/ Given Name, Middle Name, or Town/City of Birth, and click ‘Next’. Answer your two security questions. 

• Find with personal details

Enter your:

• First/Given and Family/Last Names and;
• Date of Birth and;
• Gender and;
• Town/City of Birth.

And either your:

• Email Address or;
• Mobile Number or;
• Postal address (Postal address appears after Country of Residence has been entered). 

Don’t have a USI? You’ll need to register for one here portal.usi.gov.au/student.

I’VE LOST MY CERTIFICATE/ID CARD. CAN I GET ANOTHER?

Yes. If you require a physical copy, please call us on 1300 990 810 or email [email protected] and we will be happy to process your request.

Please note we require the following details to verify and process the request.

1. Full Name

2. USI Number

3. Course Name

4. Current Mailing Address

The following fees apply:

 

We encourage you to attend your course as scheduled. However, if you need to change or defer your booking, a fee may apply.

The change fee depends on the amount of notice you provide and the value of the course. Please note that fees are charged per person and per booking.

Change Fees

For practical training sessions, participants must wear appropriate attire that meets industry safety requirements, including long pants and enclosed shoes.

Open footwear is not permitted. Participants who arrive wearing open footwear will be unable to attend the course and will forfeit their course fees.

Please note: If personal protective equipment (PPE) is needed, you will be informed before the course, or it will be provided on the day.

Pinnacle Safety and Training deliver a range of courses that are eligible for funding that fall into three categories:

State Funding

This is where a state government pays for all or part of your course fees for you. Subsidies are for priority qualifications and other courses and can be found across a wide range of industry areas.

Industry Funding

Industry funding involves financial contributions from private businesses or sectors to sponsor training courses, often aiming to address specific skill gaps or to align the training with industry needs and standards.

Self Funding

At Pinnacle, students can finance their courses through various self-funding options, including credit and debit cards, cash payments, and pay-later options to ease the financial burden of training costs.
