Don’t throw out your certificate

When you successfully complete a course with Pinnacle Safety and Training you are given a certified A4 document that may be called a “Testamur”, “Statement of Attainment”, “Record of Results” or “Completion Certificate”. The type of document you receive depends on the course you have completed. Likewise, this document may be given to you in-person, sent to you via the post or emailed.

This is the official document that proves what training you have completed. Don’t throw this away.

Sometimes you’ll receive a wallet-sized card that represents your certificate for convenience, but you still need the piece of paper to confirm you have completed your training.

Employers, site supervisors, regulatory authorities and others may request to see this document, so it’s important that you keep this in a safe, accessible place.

Furthermore, our Testamurs, Statements of Attainment and Records of Results include a QR code which can be scanned to verify the validity of your certificate. That is, your employer or site supervisor can scan this code to check your certificate hasn’t been fraudulently produced - giving you and them peace of mind with the click of a button.

If you have lost or misplaced your certificate, you can call us on 1300 990 810 or email info@pinnaclesafety.com.au

I was on the Vertical Rescue and Confined Space Rescue course last week and found the training from Kevin sensational. His knowledge and enthusiasm was terrific and he was very understanding and patient with the different levels of experience. I took a lot away from the training and will recommend it to others.
